Start with eligible equipment
Ask whether rental is available for the measured stairs and intended user. Do not assume a rental advertisement covers curved routes, unusual rail lengths or every seat option. No Riverside inventory has been verified.
Add all beginning and ending charges
List the survey, fitting, recurring payments, servicing and collection. Clarify the minimum term and what happens if the need ends early. Ask whether a continuing rental can be extended and whether the price or service terms change.
Keep a purchase alternative beside it
Price new or reconditioned equipment over the same comparison period, including installation, maintenance and removal. Ask for any buy-back or rent-to-own terms in writing; neither is guaranteed here. Choose after assessment, not because the smallest monthly figure appears affordable.
Keep the proposal comparable
- Exact equipment and a measured rail layout.
- Preparation, installation, demonstration and written terms.
- Servicing at the actual address, parts and removal responsibilities.
